Responsibilities
- serving guests: taking orders, running food and drinks
- setting up before service and clearing down afterwards
- working the till and settling guest bills
- coordinating with the kitchen and the bar through service
- following hygiene rules and service standards
Requirements
- service experience is an advantage
- a friendly manner and a tidy appearance
- basic English for talking to guests is an advantage
- willing to work weekends and shifts
