Responsibilities
- small repairs in guest rooms and public areas
- routine maintenance of equipment and condition checks
- responding to requests from reception and the site manager
- coordinating external contractors on larger faults
- following fire-safety and occupational-safety rules
Requirements
- practical skills in electrics, plumbing or general repair
- self-directed, able to prioritise the queue of requests
- experience on a hotel site is an advantage
- tidy in your work — guests are around you
